At Her Table Way is a self-paced leadership course for women who want to create spaces where others feel welcomed, heard and deeply valued.
Across 30 practical and reflective lessons, you will grow in confidence, deepen your leadership skills and learn how to gather community for honest conversations, meaningful connection and encounters with the goodness of God. Work through the course individually, or invite a small group of women to learn alongside you.

You don't need to have all the answers. You don't need to be a trained minister, experienced speaker or confident event host. You simply need a willingness to listen, learn and make room for others.
At Her Table Way is more than a course -

At Her Table Way brings together over 30 self-paced lessons across 5 carefully designed core modules. Each module combines thoughtful teaching, practical guidance and opportunities for personal reflection. You can move through the course at a pace that works for you, returning to the lessons whenever you need encouragement or a fresh perspective.
Module 1: Welcome
Lauren and Kylie, Directors of At Her Table will introduce the course and walk you through how to navigate the platform. You'll also download your bonus 27 Page Course Journal and Workbook to go deep into your leadership journey.
You will also get to know the foundations of connection, care and faith at the table.
Module 2: Leadership
Explore your unique way of leading and discover how leadership can begin with presence, listening and a willingness to serve.
You will reflect on your purpose, strengthen your confidence and learn how to lead from a place of authenticity rather than comparison.
Module 3: Handling Tension
Meaningful conversations will not always be comfortable, and that is okay. This module will help you respond to disagreement, difference and difficult moments with grace, wisdom and healthy boundaries. You will learn practical ways to create safer spaces without avoiding the conversations that matter.
Module 4: Storytelling
Stories help us recognise ourselves in one another and remind us that we are not alone. Discover how to share your own story with courage and care, invite others to share theirs, and use storytelling to nurture empathy, faith and connection.
Module 5: Community
Explore what helps people move beyond simply attending a gathering to experiencing genuine belonging. You will consider the needs of the people you hope to gather, learn how trust grows over time and discover how small, intentional gatherings can make a meaningful difference.
Module 6: Setting the Table
Bring everything you have learned and prepare to create your own gathering or host your own event. From extending the invitation and shaping the atmosphere to preparing thoughtful questions and welcoming each person well, this module will help you turn your ideas into an intentional, faith-filled experience.

Is At Her Table Way an online course?
Yes. At Her Table Way is a self-paced online course containing 30 lessons across five core modules: Leadership, Handling Tension, Storytelling, Community and Setting the Table. You can access the course online and move through the lessons at a pace that suits you.
Can I complete the course on my own?
Absolutely. The course has been designed so you can work through every lesson independently, with space for personal reflection and practical application. The minimum donation for an individual is $199, with a suggested donation of $299.
Do I need leadership experience?
Not at all. You may already be gathering and leading women, or you may simply be wondering whether God is inviting you to begin. The course starts with the foundations and will gently guide you through the practical and personal elements of leading meaningful, faith-filled conversations. Even if it's just to host a small group for bible study.
Do I need to belong to a church?
Not at all. You do not need to be active in church or hold a formal church role to participate. At Her Table Way is for anyone who wants to grow in faith-filled leadership or create spaces for meaningful conversation and connection.
Can my church or organisation cover my donation?
Yes. Churches and other religious organisations may support individuals or groups to complete At Her Table Way as part of their leadership development. Please contact us if you require an invoice for your church to make payment for this instead of an online payment.
Can we sign up as a small group?
Yes. Churches, ministries, friendship groups and leadership teams are warmly invited to work through the course either solo or together. Small groups of up to 5 can purchase immediately using the group pricing button and can participate for a minimum donation of $199 per person. Each person will receive their own individual course access. Please allow up to 48 business hours to process additional access for your group after purchase.
Do you have group pricing for 6 or more?
Yes. Churches, ministries, friendship groups and leadership teams of 6 or more can reach out using the form below to request an invoice for bank transfer payment. Simply fill out the form below and we can arrange for an invoice to be sent to you for payment. Once funds are cleared, we will grant each user access to the course. The minimum donation amount is $189 for each user.

Can I participate from outside Australia?
Yes. As the course is delivered online and completed at your own pace, so women can participate from anywhere in the world. The course is delivered in English.
What happens when I sign up?
You'll get an email within 2-5 minutes of sign up with instructions on how to Log In. Click on the link in your email to set your password, then get started straight away! You'll get immediate access.
Is there are time limit to complete?
Not at all. This is a self-paced course and you have lifetime access. Though, we do recommend completing the course within 60 days so that your learning experience is maximised.
Do you offer refunds?
At Her Table Ministries is a registered charity, with all payments as donations, so no refunds are offered. We use these funds to create free and low cost resources for women all over Australia wanting to lead with their faith. If you get through the course and genuinely aren't happy, please reach out and we will arrange something for you.
